Unless a product states otherwise, purchasing or downloading a Crawford Business Tools product grants a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable Single Business Use License.
Permitted use
- Use the files internally within the purchasing business.
- Customize editable templates for that business’s internal operations.
- Print reasonable copies for employees and internal business use.
- Store working copies on systems controlled by the purchasing business.
Prohibited use
- Reselling, sublicensing, redistributing, or sharing source files with another business.
- Posting files publicly or in a shared template library accessible outside the purchasing business.
- Offering the products, substantially similar copies, or modified versions as standalone templates for sale or free distribution.
- Removing ownership notices for the purpose of redistributing the product.
Ownership
Crawford Business Tools and Crawford Group Holdings LLC retain ownership of the original product and related intellectual property. The license grants use rights, not ownership or transfer of copyright.
